Believe in yourself

A young man, furious and upset over something, came running towards his mentor. With a crying voice he said,

"I did what you said. I practiced hard, i said my prayers, yet i failed again. My prayers are never answered".

His mentor replied in a comforting voice "Your prayers just express your desire to win and that will only take you as far as you go. It's the belief in yourself that will take you all the way through".
